Lovers of quality wines can visit the wine shop every day here in Bodrogkeresztúr at the largest cellar in the Tokaj Wine Region.

Our 600-year-old historic cellar is over 1 kilometre long and on five levels under Dereszla vineyards. We welcome our guests here for cellar visits and wine tastings. Visitors can find out about the history of the cellar, winemaking methods, processes and technology. Our tasting rooms provide an outstanding atmosphere for you to discover Tokaji wines. The small tasting room accommodates 20 people, the large 60. Food is also available on request.

We recommend our 3, 4, 6 or 8 wine tasting, but you can also create your own tasting line if you would like to.

As well as wine tasting visitors can choose from the following exciting opportunities:

• Wine knight test: participants can become familiar with winemaking tools and equipment and the cellar through fun tasks. For someone to become a Tokaj wine knight they must know the grape varieties, wine types, volumes of the barrel and the craft of barrel-making.
• Come and harvest with us! Traditional harvest event of grape picking and pressing, find out about the grape varieties and taste aszú berries in the vineyards with the most beautiful views in the wine region. Participants can take home the must (grape juice) they pressed in a bottle.
• Winemaking masterclass: Make your own wine! After tasting the varieties, blend them to make your own wine that you will be able to take home, complete with your own unique label.    

Henye Wine Bar & Event Centre in Henye Winery is open to guests all year round. You can admire Tokaj Hill from the terrace set in the Tokaj Wine Region vineyards and in good weather you can see all the way to Sárospatak.

The location and size of the wine bar make it an outstanding venue for WINE TASTINGS, wine dinner, TEAM BUILDING, weddings and CONFERENCES.

We offer our guests dry and sweet wines, wine specialities, locally made artisan cordials and coffee made by our baristas.

Right next to the wine bar is the 5 room Henye Guesthouse, that accommodates 10 people. It has been welcoming guests since July 2017.

With their modern furnishings, large, flat-screen TV and WiFi, enormous windows opening to fantastic views and their own terraces, guests are assured of maximum comfort and undisturbed relaxation. We offer our hotel guests a buffet breakfast.
